Product Usage
In the actual vibration test, the specimen or fixture is often greater than the electric table moving table, then the need to expand the original table, the usual way is to install an auxiliary expansion table. In the work frequency, table weight, table acceleration, amplitude uniformity and lateral movement, etc., on the expansion of the table have more stringent requirements.
The extension table of the HE series provides a larger mounting table for the vertical test than the moving coil. The extended table is made of a lighter quality magnesium alloy or aluminum alloy material, with a high strength to weight ratio. For small size fixture, you can choose the cheaper price of aluminum alloy material, the overall quality increase is small. The expansion table can be used to test multiple projects at the same time. Expanded table with load support can reliably install and test large size specimens to reduce the risk of damage to the shaking table suspension system. The belt-oriented expansion table can be used to simulate the testing of large and heavy equipment under harsh transport conditions and to test equipment that has been used to add additional limits and loads to more demanding test conditions.
Fixture can also be in accordance with the customer's test sample installation needs to be designed. Cube-type, L-type T-type fixture can be used for a number of small-size parts of the test. For the three-axis test, cubic, L-type and T-type fixture for the customer's first choice, do not need to increase the level of sliding table.
The design of the fixture is based on the latest software of the FEM calculation, which ensures the design of the fixture with superior dynamic performance.
